- [Riyadh Air](https://jinson.me/work/riyadh-air.md): Design System Manager at IBM iX. Started on screens, took over the design system, and rebuilt it from December 2024 with a contribution model and automated reviews. Now making it AI-ready, and contributing to the coded components in Storybook.
- [ADNOC](https://jinson.me/work/adnoc-design-system.md): Design System Manager at IBM iX. Audited a starter design system built for HR tools, then extended it for a data-heavy turnaround app with a modular table, page templates, a gatekept library and a design handbook.
