## In short

Jinson Johny has built design tools on the side since December 2017, starting with Deck, a Figma-to-PowerPoint plugin now used by 160,000+ designers, including designers at Nike, Mastercard and Accenture. His newer work includes .gui, an open file format for user interfaces, and Blocks, which makes Figma components AI ready.
